900g chicken breast, skinless, cut into thick slices
Tandoori paste – 2 ½ tablespoons
Unsweetened yoghurt – 5 Tablespoons
Mix all together and leave for 30 minutes to allow the flavour to develop. Or you could leave it in the fridge overnight if you wish.
Cook the chicken pieces on a BBQ, or line a baking dish with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning once. The timing will depend on how big you cut the chicken pieces.
Serve with a big salad, or make lettuce wraps with the chicken and either BBQ’d veggies or salad veggies. Leftovers are great cold too.
