Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Salmon and Asparagus



  • 2 eggs + 2 Tbs milk
  • 25g smoked salmon
  • Asparagus lightly cooked (as much as you want)
  • Extra salad or fibrous veggies to serve if desired


Scramble the eggs, lightly cook the asparagus and arrange with the salmon on a serving plate. Add extra salad or veggies if desired.
