Salmon with Pesto
- Small salmon fillet/cutlet (100g raw weight)
- 1 tsp pesto
- Big mixed salad with feta cheese
- Olive or avocado oil to dress with
Spread pesto on salmon, place salmon on tinfoil (for easy cleaning up) on a baking tray or dish and bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with a big salad.
