Salmon with Pesto


Serves 1


  • Small salmon fillet/cutlet (100g raw weight)
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • Big mixed salad with feta cheese
  • Olive or avocado oil to dress with



Spread pesto on salmon, place salmon on tinfoil (for easy cleaning up) on a baking tray or dish and bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve with a big salad.
