Easy Salmon Flan -throw it all in the food processor!

Serves 4-6


  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 210g can salmon (smoked or plain) – drain most of the liquid off
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • Parsley
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • Zest of a lemon
  • Ground black pepper
  • *You could add frozen peas and/or corn.  I put some sun dried tomato in mine.  Grated courgettes and mushrooms would be good too.



Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until well mixed.  Pour into a sprayed 23cm quiche or pie dish and bake about 45 minutes or until the centre is just cooked.  Serve with salad.
