Mince and Mushroom Breakfast Delight




  •  250gms lean mince
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric
  • Handful of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli
  • 1 clove of minced garlic

Mix well and form into 5 patties

Then per serving:

  •  1 teaspoon each of pesto and light cream cheese
  • 2 Portobello mushroom
  • Spinach or rocket
  • Tomato


Bake the mushroom for about 15 – 20 minutes depending on its size

Lightly fry the patty in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, add pesto and cream cheese, tomato and rocket and place patty on top.

 2 patties + 2 x pesto and cream cheese mushrooms per serve
