Low Carb Summer Breakfast


Per person


  • 100g berries- fresh or defrosted
  • 150 Anchor Greek Style yoghurt, natural
  • 25g Clean Paleo original crunch cereal


Put your bowl on the scales and weigh in the berries.  Keep the bowl on the scale and spoon over the yoghurt and then the cereal.

*If you want a higher fat breakfast (if you are following the low carb, high fat regime) then add 30mls of cream.
