Super Easy Low Carb Bread



  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 3 Tbs water
  • 1/2 cup almond meal or ground almonds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Few sunflower seeds for the topping if desired


Use a small loaf tin as this is quite a small loaf. Spray the loaf tin with oil spray and line the bottom of the tin with baking paper.

Beat the eggs and water together. Add to a separate bowl containing the dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon.  It is a wet batter.

Pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake at 200 deg C for about 25 minutes.
