Lamb Stir Fry with Blackcurrant Jelly


  • 400g bag of Silver Fern stir fry lamb strips

  • ½ jar of Barkers Blackcurrant and red onion jelly

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary


Mix all together and leave for 30 minutes or longer for the flavour to develop.

Cook on a hot BBQ plate or in a non stick pan, then serve with salad. Delicious!
