Makes approximately 1 & 1/2 cups
- 400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- ½ to 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ to 1 tsp crushed garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor, check taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
