Honey Marinated Beef Skewers


  • Rump steak (150g for women, 200g for men) – cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice


Combine beef with rest of ingredients and marinade for two hours or longer if desired.  Thread onto skewers (remember to soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 10 mins before cooking) and cook approx. 5 mins each side.

You could add vegetables like onion/tomato/capsicum to the skewers as well if you like.

Serve with a big salad.
