- Medium head of broccoli
- Bunch of spinach
- 300g ham, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cream
- Salt and pepper
- 100g Grated cheese – Vintage cheese is super good in these dishes
Chop and steam broccoli and spinach, drain well.
Beat the eggs, cream and seasoning together.
Place the ham in the bottom of a greased baking dish, place the spinach and broccoli on top, then pour over the egg mixture. Scatter the cheese on top and bake in a 190 degree oven for about 45 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
