Simple Fish Stew

Serves 4


  • 525g bag Sealord Hoki Fillets – defrosted
  • 550g jar Dolmio Classic Tomato pasta sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Spray a large non stick pan or frypan with cooking spray and heat over moderate heat.  Add fish fillets in two lots and lightly brown each side.  Pour over pasta sauce and stir gently, breaking up the fish and incorporating it into the sauce. Grind over some black pepper and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Optional extras could include torn basil leaves, sliced mushrooms and/or courgettes

Serve with jacket potato or kumara + fibrous vegetables of choice
