Chunky Fish Soup

Serves 4


  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 courgettes (optional) – chopped into small dice
  • 525g bag Sealord Hoki Fillets – defrosted
  • 550g jar tomato pasta sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs or sweet basil


Spray a large non stick pot or frypan with cooking spray and heat over moderate heat. Add onion and courgettes and sauté about 5 minutes without browning the onion.  

Push veggies to one side and add the fish fillets, lightly browning each side. Pour over pasta sauce and stir gently, breaking up the fish and incorporating it into the sauce. Grind over some black pepper and simmer gently for 5 minutes
