60g of 70% cocoa chocolate
2 level tsp sugar
Melt the chocolate. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and quickly mix together. Stir in about 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and mix, then fold the remaining egg white mixture in.
Pour into two small ramekins and chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve with lite Greek yoghurt or low fat ice cream.
