- 1 cauliflower cut into florets
- Cream and butter as required
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steam or boil cauliflower until tender. Drain well and let all the steam escape. If the cauliflower is too wet the mash will be soggy!
Add butter and cream and puree with a stick blender until smooth. Season and serve as a side or use as a topping for the Low Carb Shepherd’s Pie.
