Sometimes you just need to grab something fast, but you can’t think of anything healthy. Maybe the rest of the family are out, or eating something you don’t want to partake in, or maybe you are late home from sports and don’t feel like preparing a meal.

Have you seen the range of Josh Emmett designed meals in the chiller at New World? The Everyday range of 4 boxed meals taste like home made and are delicious.
Just add a good pile of green veggies on the side and you have a fast, healthy meal. The bag says serves 2, but it is really one serve for most people. At NZ $9.95 it is a reasonably priced meal for one in a hurry when compared to some takeaways. View them here.
