Super Easy Basil and Parmesan Chicken Breasts
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts, about 150g each
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese
Place chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and smear the tops with pesto. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with a jacket potato and a large salad.
