Almond Bread and  Seed Bread

Almond Bread and Seed Bread


  • 200g almond meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt (you need salt in bread)
  • 20g psyllium
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g coconut oil, melted
  • 125ml warm water


Put all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until combined, but do not over mix.

Tip into a greased loaf tin which has baking paper in the bottom. Bake at 180 deg C for 20-25 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked through. Cool then tip out.

Makes about 12 slices of soft bread which toasts well too.
