You will receive 6 appointments over six weeks
- 1 x 60 minute initial appointment where we will set targets for you to meet each week, write up a nutrition plan, set exercise goals and get you fired up, after assessing body composition and health status
- 1 x 30 minute appointment one week later to go over your progress and make any necessary adjustments
- 4 x 15 minute weekly accountability appointments
- Total cost: $269.00
